Content such as articles, recipes, free programs, and success stories may be published on public pages. Author information (author_name) and content owner details may be visible. Content may be indexed by search engines.
You may request removal/anonymization of public content. After evaluation, eligible content may be removed. However, our control over third-party copies, screenshots, and search engine caches may be limited.
Sharing success stories and progress visuals is subject to in-app sharing permissions (homepage, trainer profile, social media, measurement display). You may change or withdraw permissions at any time.
We currently use only cookies necessary for session management and security. We do not use third-party advertising/tracking pixels.
We apply technical and organizational measures such as access control, authorization, logging, and secure communication channels.
